1 How long have you been a part of the Duck-Rabbit family?
2 months!
2 What inspired you to work in sales for a craft brewery?
I was managing some retail beer departments, but I felt like I was doing less with beer, and more with just retail management, so I decided to get a job deeper in the beer industry that combined my love of talking about beer, meeting new people, and travelling to new places. Craft beer is an incredible industry and I’m in the middle of it.
3 What area in our distribution territory do you cover?
The Great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania!
4 What is your favorite part of being on the sales team for Duck-Rabbit?
I love repping a brand that’s not caught up in fads and is committed to churning out stellar, classic beer.
5 Other than sales, what else do you do with the brewery?
I coordinate beer dinners, write recipes to cook with beer, festivals and special events as well as samplings. I put the liquid in their bellies.
6 Who is/are the person/people you admire the most?
I deeply admire The Residents for finding their niche and mastering their craft over a lifetime.
7 When you aren’t working, what are some of your favorite hobbies?
I love to homebrew, play video games, do some writing (both for beer and creative), cook, and build stuff.
8 What is the most interesting thing about you/something most people don’t know about you?
I make pickles and mustard out of unfermented beer (wort)
9 What is something you absolutely cannot live without?
My cat Bongo! And whole bean coffee!
